Button Couture! Vintage Fashion Art
Create your own vintage style dress artwork!
Service Description
Join instructor Marcy Johnson as she guides you through creating a mid century style party dress art piece! We will use tulle fabric and vintage/new buttons to design a fancy dress, which we will use to dress a classy lady on a fabric covered stretched canvas. No stitching is involved - just paper, fabrics, buttons, and glue. We will have a variety of color palettes to choose from, and you are welcome to bring your own background fabric or choose one of ours. Our materials are included in the class fee, and you will leave with a ready-to-hang art work. We will be using hot glue guns for part of the process, so ages 13 and up are welcome.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are allowed up until 24 hours before the start time. If you need an emergency short notice cancellation please get in touch.
