Learn to Embroider a Photograph

Service Description

In this beginner friendly workshop, you will learn to use stencils to lay out a design on a photograph and then stitch that design with coordinating embroidery floss. You may bring your own photo or choose one of ours. No embroidery experience is needed! Your photo should be at least 4"x6", but preferably 5"x7", and should be a matte finish rather than a glossy one. Matte photo prints are available at Walgreens.com and CVS.com for $2.99 each (or less if they offer a discount code) and are usually ready the same day. Our photos will be 5"x7" and will feature a variety of subjects. We will also provide floss to match to your photo. ***Don't forget your eyeglasses if you need them for small up-close tasks!!***
