Learn to Sew a Pouf

Service Description

Create your own sustainable pouf! In this 2 part class we will make a cube ottoman that is 100% recycled! In the first session on Tuesday, December 9, we will design our palette for our cubes and and cut them out. In the second session on Wednesday, December 17, we assemble the cubes. We will stuff them with our scraps and then hand sew them shut. Great for additional seating and definitely a conversation piece! We will be using a sewing machine, so you’ll need to have at least a beginner level of skill. You will need to provide: 1 yard of fabric/at least 6 medium sized shirts, must be heavy duty/no stretch- like denim/velvet/canvas and lots of stuffing/fabric for stuffing.
