Sew & Block Print a Bunting Garland
No sewing experience required!
Service Description
Welcome to our bunting class with Caleigh Bird of Forest & Fern! In this class we will begin with sewing a ten triangle set of bunting flags in pastel or neutral colors using a sewing machine and iron with bias tape. Then we will use Caleigh's hand carved block prints featuring plants and animals of the Appalachians to decorate the flags with black fabric ink. Students will bring home a completed unique wall hanging and do not need to know how to print or sew to attend. Ages 16 and up are welcome. Bring an apron or wear clothes that can get ink on them.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are allowed up until 24 hours before the start time. If you need an emergency short notice cancellation please get in touch.
